The 17-year-old Elliott-Wheeler, who previously played in this division with Hemel Hempstead Town, is capable of playing across the front line as well as at wingback. In the summer, he earned his first professional deal at Oxford United.
The young player has also been on loan at Oxford City and Banbury.
