BREAKING collingwood Injury Report: Lamb in concussion protocols

Port Adelaide midfielder Kirsty Lamb is making good progress in her recovery from a concussion and could be cleared to play in next week’s match against Collingwood.

Lamb began experiencing concussion symptoms following the mid-week clash against Richmond in Week 5, causing her to miss Sunday’s victory over Carlton. While she won’t travel to Perth for Saturday’s game against West Coast, the club is hopeful she will be fit for the AFLW’s Pride Round when they take on the Magpies.

Captain Janelle Cuthbertson, now three weeks into her post-knee surgery rehab, has begun her recovery process with the club.

Port Adelaide emerged from their 35-point win over the Blues with no other injury concerns. The team will announce its lineup for the clash against the Eagles on Thursday evening, with the match set to begin at 3:05pm AWST / 4:35pm ACST at Mineral Resources Park.

For those unable to attend in Perth, the game will be broadcast live on 7Mate, Fox Footy, and Kayo.

Injury list
Janelle Cuthbertson – knee (season)
Georgie Jaques – knee (TBA)
Kirsty Lamb – concussion (protocols)
Indy Tahau – knee (season – inactive)
Lauren Young – knee (season – inactive)
