Team Selection: Trio return for twilight clash

A trio of Magpies will return this Sunday as Collingwood hosts the Adelaide Crows in a twilight clash at Victoria Park.

With Captain Bri Davey and star forward Grace Campbell both missing this weekend through injury, and young forward Georgia Clark managed, Sam Wright’s side will see three changes.

Imogen Evans, Erica Fowler, and Jordi Ivey are the trio of players who come into Sunday’s team

Evans missed last week’s clash with Port Adelaide, however played the week prior against Richmond in Week Six, while Jordi Ivey has been on and off the list throughout the season and a top up player.

Fowler has played four games so far in 2024 out of a possible eight and will look to build on her 2024 campaign, in what will be her 44th career game.

The Week Eight clash will be heart and soul defender Stacey Livingstone’s 75th career game, becoming the first player to do so all in the black and white.

An inaugural Magpie who played in the league’s first ever game back in 2017, the much-loved back has been a pillar of the Club for nine seasons.

The Pies will wear the Club’s Pride Guernsey in the clash in a celebration of pride.

The first bounce is scheduled for 5:05pm AEDT, while the game can be streamed live on Kayo Sports and Fox Footy.
