Former Miami Dolphins center Connor Williams is arguably the best player still available as a free agent when healthy. The Texas product moved to center with the Miami Dolphins after starting the season with the Dallas Cowboys as a guard and never looked back.
Williams has shown himself to be one of the best players at his position over the last two years, even though he hasn’t been chosen for the Pro Bowl yet. The former second-round pick had the second- and fourth-best PFF grades among centers in 2022 and 2023, respectively. Connor Williams became a free agent at a tough time. The Dolphin was expected to command a high salary on the open market after two seasons of exceptional play. Williams regrettably tore his ACL at the end of 2023.
