Liverpool push Arsenal away with £80 million agreement announced.

Liverpool blows Arsenal away after £80 million deal agreed, according to sources.

According to Football Insider, Liverpool’s new shirt manufacturing partnership with Adidas will generate more revenue than Arsenal and Manchester City combined.

The Reds will earn up to £80 million per season from their five-year contract with the German sportswear company, which begins in the 2025-26 season.

The deal’s value will be determined by the club’s participation in European competitions and whether or not they compete in the Club World Cup under its new structure.

If all terms are satisfied and active, the Merseyside club could earn up to £80 million per season, putting them second in the Premier League behind only Manchester United.

In 2023, the Red Devils inked a world record-breaking £900 million contract with Adidas, which will last ten years.

Liverpool climb to second in Premier League with £80m deal

However, the value of United’s clothing deal is also determined by their participation in the Champions League.

Meanwhile, Arsenal earns a flat price of £60 million from their contract with Adidas, which is expected to last until 2030.

City earns around £65 million from their manufacturer deal with Puma, which was inked in 2019.

Liverpool’s previous contract with Nike only guaranteed the club an upfront sum of £30 million per year, therefore the Reds have officially surpassed their Premier League rivals with their current off-pitch agreement.
