Celtic Leaves Millwall Frustrated by Transfer Hold-Up

Millwall has been left frustrated by delays from Celtic in finalizing the deal to sell Daniel Kelly to the Championship club, according to journalist Pete O’Rourke.

The 18-year-old midfielder has been set to join Millwall this summer after signing a pre-contract agreement.

While a deal between the two clubs is in place and Kelly completed a medical and signed a contract with Millwall earlier this week, the move has been held up due to Celtic’s slow progress in finalizing the paperwork.

However, the Championship club has yet to announce his arrival due to delays on Celtic’s part.

Reports suggest that Millwall has grown frustrated with Celtic’s slow pace in finalizing the paperwork for the deal.

The Scottish champions have not yet signed off on the transfer, preventing Kelly from officially joining Millwall.

As a result, the midfielder will be unavailable for Millwall’s game this weekend.

The Championship club is urging Celtic to complete the paperwork promptly, as they are eager to get Kelly officially integrated into the team.
