Derby boss Paul Warne is expecting a tight game against Millwall at The Den on Saturday.
The Rams head to South London on the back of a 2-0 win over QPR before the international break.
Neil Harris’ side are two points above the relegation zone and picked up a point away at West Brom before the two-week break.
Derby won promotion from League One last season, with the two sides last playing each other in February 2022 – Millwall running out 2-1 winners through goals from Jed Wallace and Tyler Burey.
“It’s always a difficult game,” said Warne.
“Every game in the Championship, you could press play on my statement here. I never sit here and say: ‘This is an easy game.’
“Every away game is difficult. I have always had really good games against Neil.
“We both have competitive sides and both sides are normally pretty good on set-pieces.
“I know they have a right go at every game. They’re not dissimilar to us – they’re really good on the counter-attack as well.
“It should be a tight game.”
