injury concerns for eagles as cam Jurgens suffers…

In the first Eagles game following Jason Kelce, Cam Jurgens receives a solid recommendation.

Upon the Philadelphia Eagles’ arrival in Brazil for their season opener last Friday, all eyes were on Cam Jurgens, the Nebraska-bred third-year player making his first start at center following Jason Kelce’s summer retirement.
Although Kelce is a certified Hall of Famer and will go down as one of the greatest centers of all time, saying goodbye to him was never going to be easy. However, the Jurgens didn’t exactly make it easy for himself, as he botched a snap early on that cost the Eagles greatly and had some other gaffes throughout the game that had some fans legitimately concerned about possiblyHowever, Nick Sirianni’s was undoubtedly the most important perspective, and at his Monday media availability, he praised Jurgens for his performance in his new position.
Since Jalen Hurts, the quarterback, is so large and long, he was able to maintain control over them at the line of scrimmage without any resistance into his face. Thus, Sirianni told reporters, “I thought he did a really nice job of keeping the pocket firm inside, especially in the pass game.””[C] Cam Jurgens produced a few very good plays. You know, Cam, whether he’s collaborating with Mekhi or [G] Landon [Dickerson], there were a few plays where Cam was getting that first hit, andDid those plays go well? Yes, but Jurgens’ night was far from ideal since he struggled to snap the ball, either because of his own butterflies, the crowd’s cacophony, or his own jitters. Thankfully, Sirianni addressed that as well and explained why it might not be the main problem.
Even though Sirianni thought Jurgens looked excellent, he also said that his game needed improvement because it’s never ideal to waste two opportunities to connect with Hurts. However, Sirianni doesn’t think it’s a systemic problem because he thinks Jurgens has the potential to be “the guy” going forward.
