WWE has reportedly contacted the recently retired NFL all-pro ahead of the two-day event scheduled for April 7-8 at Lincoln Financial Field, home of the Eagles, according to a report published by Fightful on Tuesday.

Before announcing his retirement earlier this year, Kelce, 36, played for the Philadelphia Eagles for 13 years, until the team was eliminated by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the wild-card round.

He was named an all-pro six times and made the Pro Bowl seven times in his career. In 2017, he and the Eagles won the Super Bowl; but, in 2022, he tragically lost to his brother Travis and the Kansas City Chiefs.

He was seen watching his brother’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift, and the Chiefs defeat the Bills in the playoffs in Buffalo. Jason, however, was clearly having a great time despite the presence of the worldwide superstar. He was even seen partying in his underwear while enjoying multiple drinks and even made his way into the stands to assist a small fan in meeting Swift.

Even though Bills Mafia members are not usually allowed to climb through tables at tailgates, he was nevertheless able to replicate the moment in Buffalo in March. Jason leaped through a blazing table for his award-nominated New Heights podcast with Travis.

Following the announcement that the WWE’s biggest event of the year would be held in Philadelphia, Kelce posed with the title belt in a social media video alongside superstar Grayson Waller.

Sports celebrities have always been welcomed to participate in WrestleMania by WWE.In previous years, Ronda Rousey, Shaquille O’Neal, Pete Rose, and Rob Gronkowski have all attended the event, with a few of them participating in matches.

In 1995, NFL star Lawrence Taylor even served as the event’s primary attraction, competing against Bam Bam Bigelow.
