According to Philippe Clement, Rangers will have to wait anxiously to learn the full degree of Abdallah Sima’s injury.
After just 15 minutes of the Scottish Cup semi-final matchup with Hearts, the winger was substituted out.
Sima, who is on loan from Brighton, left the field on his own initiative despite perhaps having a hamstring injury.
When asked about Sima’s injuries, Clement responded, “I don’t know yet.” That assessment will be made either tomorrow or the next day.
“The doctor didn’t talk to me about that, so hopefully it’s not too severe.
“I know from experience you can’t make that assessment now so it will be tomorrow or the day after.”

Clement dismissed worries that Rabbi Matondo might have been hurt, even if he was unable to provide any encouraging news regarding Sima.
When questioned on Premier Sports about whether the decision to bench Matondo in favor of Fabio Silva was due to an injury, the Ibrox manager stated it was a tactical adjustment.
“That was tactical,” he remarked. I felt that the shift needed to be made at that moment.
“Sima He experienced some hamstring discomfort, which we will observe.”
Clement went on, “Everyone is really excited about setting up a Scottish Cup final showdown against Celtic.” I’ve heard that the last Scottish Cup final involving the Old Firm was 22 years ago.
“So I think there will be a big rush for tickets and for people to do a lot to be at that game.”
