Unexpected Ibrox storm appears following fresh discoveries, resulting in yet another misfortun ranger.

After Rangers’ insignia was positioned above the Hearts badge in the Tynecastle locker rooms, there was a “unexpected storm” involving the team.

That is the claim made by the Daily Record, which stated on Sunday, March 24, that Hearts disapproved of the branding.

Before Rangers Women and Partick Thistle faced off in the Sky Sports Cup final, the Ibrox badge was placed over the Hearts badge in the home changing room.

Given what transpired at Tynecastle, are Hearts and Rangers entitled to their anger?

Rangers Women and Partick Thistle squared off at Tynecastle, with the former easily winning 4-1.

Jo Potter, the manager, made four changes to the team that fell short of fierce rivals Celtic 2-1 in the SWPL last weekend. Her decision paid off, as the boss secured her first trophy since taking over the team in the summer.

Rio Hardy, Rachel Rowe, and Mia McAulay scored goals for the Gers in the first half, while Rachel Donaldson scored for the Jags.

However, Liv McLoughlin’s goal in the second half prevented any spectacular Partick Thistle comeback, as the Gers won their first trophy of the year.

Hearts’ rage, however, has partially eclipsed the victory; the Tynecastle team is extremely upset about the vandalism of their badge.

Rangers

Rangers’ exhibition of the Ibrox club’s badge at Tynecastle has infuriated Hearts.

The two teams’ relationship will now be put to the test, and there may be a big fallout between the Gers and the Jambos.
