The tennis aces, who have collectively won a staggering thirty grand slam titles, will participate in a tennis showcase by performing in an exhibition match during the yearly athletic event.
The devoted followers of Andre and Steffi showered the comments area with unending compliments. “Always a treat to see Steff!” exclaimed one fan, while “The two greatest tennis players of all time” was remarked by another.
The sports legends have teamed together on the court previously. The two had already shared the court at the US Open and Wimbledon.
The 54-year-old couple Andre and Steffi started dating formally in 1999 while attending Wimbledon and the French Open. They were married in a small ceremony in October 2001. In a joint statement following their wedding, they said: “The intimacy and privacy of our ceremony was beautiful and reflective of all we value.”
Following their marriage, they welcomed two children: a daughter named Jaz in 2003 and a son named Jaden in 2001.
When discussing their long romance with E!, Andre remarked, “We enjoy cooking together. Together, we adore going on hikes. Even going grocery shopping together is something we enjoy doing in pairs. Thus, this is really life. We are also fortunate.”
“I think it’s like success in life or in anything you do,” the father of two went on. Giving what you have to give and not trying to provide what you don’t, in my opinion, requires a determination to be in the most of yourself and in harmony with what someone else needs from you. However, when given the opportunity, don’t hold back.”
It appears that their two kids aren’t following in the footsteps of their parents, even with their combined expertise with a racket. In a 2017 interview with HELLO!, Andre said, “No, not at all. My daughter enjoys a variety of activities depending on the season; she dances one year and takes up kickboxing another. My son is a baseball player.
“She’s rather busy, yet she doesn’t feel under pressure. They have an option, and I’m relieved they didn’t select tennis.
