Wrexham, backed by Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, has returned to League One after securing two consecutive promotions. In his programme notes for Saturday’s 3-2 win against Wycombe Wanderers, Williamson expressed his excitement about joining the club, emphasizing its big ambitions and recent achievements.

Williamson noted his admiration for Reynolds and McElhenney’s vision, which extends beyond winning titles to serving the community. He feels privileged to be part of Wrexham’s storied history and to contribute as a custodian of the club.
