Binks, aged 22, has a remaining two years on his contract with Bologna, indicating that a transfer fee will be necessary to entice him away from the Serie A club. The Italian team faces a significant decision on how to proceed with him in light of the upcoming transfer window. Coventry City’s manager, Mark Robins, stated on Saturday, according to CoventryLive: “He’s a player we want to keep tabs on and monitor his progress. However, that will be determined in due course, based on various factors.” Binks’ willingness to depart Bologna is a positive sign for Coventry City’s chances of securing his services, provided they are interested in bringing him back to England.

He offers competition and depth to Robins’ defensive lineup and has the potential for growth and development in the future.
